DACA Requirements
- Be born after 06/15/1981
- Arrive to the U.S. before 16th birthday
- Have lived in the U.S. since June 15, 2007, up to the present time
Who is a good candidate for English Innovations?
- Qualify for DACA or DAPA
- Have some basic English conversational skills
- Have basic literacy (can write a sentence or two in English)
- Still need a fair amount English spoken at natural speed, hesitate and search for words during a conversation in English.
Citizenship Requirements:
- Have been a permanent resident for at least 5 years (3 years if married to a U.S. Citizen)
- Be a person of good moral character
